A clinic where geography is not a barrier and neurodiversity is celebrated across Western Australia and beyond.

Why choose Us?

Welcome to Flourish Assessment & Consultancy, where compassion meets understanding, diversity is not just acknowledged but celebrated and unique perspectives are valued. Our collective goal is to see you Flourish.

We understand that the tapestry of human experiences is vast and diverse, and our clinic is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment that respects and values every individual, regardless of neurological differences. We believe in cultivating a safe and non-judgmental space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

We also understand that everyone, regardless of their geographic location, deserves access to high-quality and affirmative assessments, and support, that are tailored to their unique needs; and are designed to highlight and celebrate their strengths. As such, our clinic is dedicated to reducing location barriers and is proud to offer a regional assessment clinic where we can come to you.

How can we support you?

Navigating the complexities of neurodiversity can often leave individuals wondering where to begin, how to approach assessments, and what supports are available across various environments like home, school, and work.

Our nd-affirming approach shines through our tailored services including: Consultations that prioritise meaningful conversations and supporting decision-making about next steps, and comprehensive Assessments that deepen understanding and provide practical recommendations tailored to each individuals strengths and support needs.

For psychologists involved in assessments (at all stages of learning), our Supervision service offers specialised mentorship. This guidance is crucial for professionals seeking to refine their skills in evaluating, diagnosing and supporting diverse individuals. Through our supervision, psychologists gain the confidence and competence to conduct assessments that are not only accurate but also deeply respectful of the neurodiverse experience, ensuring their practice not only honors but also uplifts the diverse community they work with.
