Following this, we’ll provide you with detailed information about the assessment process, including preparation, duration, fees and what to expect.
The duration of an assessment varies depending on the type and complexity of the assessment. Generally, assessments can take anywhere from a few hours to several sessions. We strive to conduct assessments efficiently while ensuring they are comprehensive and accurate.

Regional Visits FAQ
Yes, we are committed to making our assessment services accessible to those in regional areas. We understand the importance of providing support to communities that may have limited access to specialized assessment services.
To ensure the viability and impact of our visit to a regional area, we do require a minimum number of assessments booking for a specified area before we will travel. Please contact us to discuss the specific number needed for your location, as it can vary based on travel logistics and the duration of our stay.
Assessments during regional visits are typically conducted in community facilities, such as local health centers, schools, or other suitable public venues. We collaborate with local organisations to secure appropriate spaces that provide a comfortable and professional environment for the assessments.
No, we do not conduct assessments in private homes.
The first step is to contact our clinic to place an expression of interest for us to travel to your area or region. Details about your assessment needs and location will be collected so that we can organise a visit in the future.
To request a regional visit, please email us with details about your location, the potential number of individuals requiring assessments, and any local facilities that could be used for the assessments. Our team will review the request and work with you to plan a visit that meets the needs of your community.
If the minimum number of assessments is not met, we will discuss alternative options with you. This may include coordinating with nearby areas to combine requests or scheduling for a future date when more assessments can be confirmed.
We recommend scheduling a regional visit several months in advance. This allows adequate time for planning, coordinating with local facilities, and ensuring that the required number of assessments can be met. It also provides time for participants to prepare for their assessments.
We strive to select community facilities that are accessible and convenient for all participants. If you have concerns about mobility or transportation, please let us know in advance so we can work with you to find a solution and ensure that everyone has access to our services.
Yes, in addition to conducting assessments, we can offer training sessions or workshops for local professionals interested in learning more about the conditions we assess and best practices.
